dcc66 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. The Platform displays balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Actual settlement currencies and conversion rates, where applicable, are subject to the operator's current cashier settings and may vary by payment method.

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds or data, abandonment of an event, rule 4 deductions, market suspension at the time of placement, or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bets are returned to the Player's balance at the original stake amount.
Live in-play betting markets are available across selected sports and cricket events including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments. In-play odds change in real time. A bet is not confirmed until the system accepts and confirms the placement. Any technical delay between submission and confirmation is the Player's risk to manage.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dcc66 and its operators, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from gambling outcomes, Platform unavailability, data loss, or errors in odds or game data.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves real financial risk. There is no guarantee of winning. You may lose some or all funds deposited on the Platform. You participate entirely at your own risk. dcc66 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through gambling activity on the Platform.
dcc66 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from events outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, power outages, internet disruptions, government actions, regulatory changes or natural disasters.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. dcc66 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted.
dcc66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
A Player may close their account at any time by contacting dcc66 support through the official contact channel. Closure requests are subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements before remaining real-money balances are returned.
Upon account termination or closure, all licences granted under these Terms are revoked. Outstanding bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise provided in the bonus terms. Real-money balances that have cleared all applicable conditions will be returned to the Player following completion of KYC and any applicable review period.
